As a nationally renowned comprehensive food and beverage brand, Master Kong is well-loved by consumers. Master Kong has successively established production bases in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Xi'an, Shenyang, and other places, evolving from the development of convenience food to include cake and beverage businesses, and many other fields. With a multitude of product lines and a complex sales network, Master Kong has also been continuously laying out digitalization in recent years to empower various aspects such as production, storage, logistics, and sales, efficiently coordinating production and sales, logistics transportation, and raw material supply.

In the process of promoting "digitalization," Master Kong has always attached great importance to the construction of information security. In this project, Master Kong hopes to introduce a professional consulting partner to refine and expand Master Kong's information security system, to have substantial output and implementation during the project, and to continue to assist Master Kong in further refining and expanding the system in the future. After a series of screenings, Shanghai Glorytime Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Glorytime) was fortunate to become the partner for Master Kong's information security consulting services.

Master Kong Group's marketing company and production bases span a vast geographical area across China; the business is complex and diverse, covering a large organizational structure with many branches, and at the same time, there are relatively fewer full-time information security personnel, making it difficult to fully implement awareness propaganda. Therefore, there are huge challenges in the management of information security related to production lines and marketing. Potential threats to business may include cyber attacks, information leaks, production interruptions, and the safety of the physical environment, such as the safety of production workshops or office buildings.

In response to the extensive distribution of Master Kong Group's marketing company and production bases, the complexity and diversity of business, the relatively small number of information security management personnel, and the potential threats faced, under the guidance of the holding company's senior management and the close cooperation of colleagues in the business and local areas, the K15 code of conduct and evaluation mechanism were introduced and integrated into Glorytime Technology's information management platform, enhancing the ability of various organizations to respond to security risks and further improving the safety and stability of business operations. The implementation of the group's management requirements for one-click issuance and the overall large screen and dashboard functions have been realized, to grasp the current status of legal compliance of all subsidiary companies under the group; in the information security construction of the Southern District, 700 user research questionnaires no longer rely on manual statistics, and more than 50 organizational evaluation reports are automatically exported; the cost reduction and efficiency enhancement effect is obvious, enabling all subsidiary companies under the group to obtain their own legal and compliance inspection reports with the least amount of work.

In the future cooperation with Master Kong, it is planned to promote the rectification plan of the Southern District to 59 marketing companies in the Northern District. The goal is to ensure the effectiveness of the information security operation mechanism of all national subsidiaries; at the same time, using AI, digital humans, knowledge bases, and other digital methods to clarify the focus and direction of investment and risk improvement for the decision-making layer, and to quantify the input-output ratio to maximize investment efficiency.

Through cooperation with Glorytime Information Technology Co., Ltd., Master Kong will continue to strengthen information security management, achieve smooth digital transformation, and lay a solid foundation for future development.
